  • Welcome to the 24th EAHM Congress that will take place on November 28-29, 2013 (with Pre-Congress Program on Nov. 27th, and Social Program on Nov. 30th), in Luxembourg a city famous for its history and diversity.

    We have chosen this year to focus on “Hospital Management in Times of Crisis: Constraints, Challenges and Opportunities”.

    Many people strongly believe that the funding is the crucial factor of the effectiveness. When the economy is weakened and the hospital budget reduced, what hospital manager can undertake to continue to deliver a better care? We believe that a crisis may serve as a “wake-up call” that prompts the hospital to make beneficial organizational and structural changes.

    The 24th EAHM Congress will gather recognized experts in the field of management who will discuss about constraints but as well as challenges and opportunities. The target of the 24th EAHM Congress is the focus on the areas where strong leadership makes the difference. Therefore, the 24th EAHM Congress program will be divided into three blocs:
